  • Daily Gratitude Practice: Implement a nightly gratitude ritual. Recount the day's events to find your favorite moment, anchor it with a physical object like a rock, and focus on it as you fall asleep. This practice helps to reset your mindset and start the next day with elevated positivity.
  • Navigating Holiday Expectations: Acknowledge the pain of lost traditions and allow yourself to grieve. But also set realistic expectations for new traditions and moments of joy. Disconnect and recharge when needed, whether through a nap, meditation, or simply enjoying your favorite music.
